During the project, 4 USE-IT initiatives starting from the very beginning were chosen as pilot cities. Halfway, Rotterdam took Santander's place. The pilot cities have been mentored during 6 months, within the framework of the project.
They had access to the beta version of the toolkit and they gave feedback to improve our tools.
